Investments

Gain access to investment opportunities that are catered towards your goals and strategy. You will receive updates when other VIPs are actively raising money for a project or if they have found an interesting investment vehicle or strategy.

Connections

Connect with other Summit VIP members and their network. We help each other; find deals, answer questions and try to connect one another with people we may know.

Network leverage

Our network allows for Summit VIPs to leverage the connections and resources they gain. You for example may be able to pool resources, find business partners or negotiate better terms when investing into other businesses. A strong network is often times more valuable than money alone.

Diverse and Expanding Network

We are focused on finding the right people to invite to join the Summit VIP network. We want all members to be able to contribute something special. We continue to strategically put together a diverse group of experts, advisors and investors who will be able to best support each other.

 A Personal Touch

We are determined to provide you with relevant content, investments and connections. We will continuously check in to see how your goals from day 1 may have changed. You will also receive a personal contact who you will be able to communicate with directly if you have questions or ideas.

Help Develop Strategy

Our current focus is in Commercial Real Estate and venture investing. These are broad categories on purpose. We look to the Summit VIPs to help indicate areas that may have opportunities whether in these verticals or other ones. If we choose to expand our focus we ask the member to do some research and bring in some other VIPs in their network who can support in the effort and provide relevant expertise.

No Fees

There are currently no fees associated with becoming a Summit VIP. We were started by investors and look to make profits through the valuable connections and investment opportunities this network provides.
